The first indicator never lights up during charging. Does this mean the power bank isn't full?
The NB10000 uses three blue indicators to display the power level. It is fully charged when all three blue indicators become solid.
The 4th indicator next to the charging port only turns “white” when the power bank is in the low current charging mode

How do you turn off the power bank (the blue indicators)?
Double-tap the mode button. Otherwise, the NB10000 features automatic power-on functionality upon connecting a charging cable, as well as automatic power-off when in standby mode. The blue indicators will automatically turn on/off accordingly.

The NB10000 stopped charging my device before it was charged. Shall I use the "Low current" mode?
Press and hold down the mode button for 3 seconds to enable the low current mode (the white indicator turns on). Use this to charge small-capacity devices like smartwatches or earphones. Press and hold the button again for 3 seconds to turn it off.

What shall I do if the power bank stops working? Only one blue indicator blinks despite a recent charge.
Connect the NB10000 to a charger using the cable and allow it to charge for at least 10 minutes. This should help the power bank to start working again.
